This is a good location and electronics can be found here at a good price. But, they really try to get you with the accessories and cases and charging gadgets and screen protecting things. LISTEN, all these accessories are usually way over priced. So, get the device here and then get out before you end up buying a bunch of over priced accessories.
Alfredo was absolutely amazing! He was able to fix my husband's computer in no time! We were really in a bind and he saved our bacon! Great place! Great service!
The store's organizational philosophy seems to be "scatter stuff around and hope that customers will run across stuff they didn't know they wanted." Bleah.
Tried calling the store to see if they carry a specific item. No answer. They were open till 9pm. What is the point of phones if im on hold for over half an hour. If you want my business answer your phone. Not at all pleased with this. I will go someplace else.
Also bought two monitors, took about 20 minutes for something that should have been 5. I would have rated lower because of the slow service, but everyone was actually very nice which made the experience more pleasant.
Salesperson was surprisingly helpful, but the store is very disorganized. I needed a TV antenna and wanted a specific brand and model that the website said they had in stock. Antennas are scattered among at least five different aisles and neither the sales guy nor I could find the ones that I was looking for. He spent 20 minutes looking for me before someone figured out they were at the checkout aisle.
Picked up an online purchase, was easy and smooth. But they couldn't add my best buy points number, I had to do it myself online after the fact. Not a big deal.
