Her place is unkept. She is rude and doesn't care about anyone but her self. If you try to talk to her she doesn't listen, she talks over you. I told her I wanted babies breath in my flowers, she told me she didn't like babies breath. Please think twice before calling this person to do your flowers. You will save yourself a lot of grief. She works out of her home now, no shop.
Burkhardt's has also handled all our business needs as well, facilitating deliveries both locally and nationally. I heartly recommend them to anyone.
I called out of state and had her put together a custom arrangement to be delivered to my cousins who recently lost their father. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I told her to also put some chocolates and treats in there for them. Marty came through with flying colors and she did not disappoint. Amazing. And everything was delivered in LESS THAN AN HOUR after I called.

I called them online and the guy who picked up seemed very nice and answered my questions until a lady took the phone from him and began being rude, snappy and unhelpful.
If you want to deal with someone that will go back on what they tell you, cuss you out, call you names threaten you & flat out harass you when she has gone back on a deal she made with you but doesn't tell you, then by all means call Martie. I am almost 60 & in all my life I have never been treated so badly by some one I am trying to help.
Great people, they are personable, friendly and they will go above and beyond to make the customer happy.
Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but I need to be honest with my own experience. Just called and spoke with a lovely woman named Marty and she couldn’t have been nicer.
I am very confused about the other reviews noted on this website. I have personally done business with Burkhardt's Floral for over 10-years and have always found them to be very responsive to our needs. They have handled numerous events for us over the years including Weddings, Funerals, Birthdays and many other personal events.
