The people at Home Depot are lovely! I am doing a project for Royal Family Kids Camp. It's an Outreach for foster children. They gave me 40 woodworking Projects. They're caring, delightful, engaged. The layout of the store is fantastic. I also grabbed some succulent babies for another project of mine. Even though the store was really busy, all of the team members seemed to really be looking out for people's needs. I found a new home away from home!
Wonderful selection, helpful and friendly staff, and ample parking. Sometimes contracted sales people roam the store looking to aggressively hook buyers into "special offers". Be very skeptical and do your research before opting into any of the offers, as I found the one I was consulted on to be grossly in excess of the repairs that were required.
Thank you Mike for helping us out and being selfless and kind. On a bad evening like this having someone come by and help out was just what we needed.
Needed a garden tool and in a hurry to get to my work site. I was given direction to where the tool was located which was accurate. The gal then assisted me in getting through the check out quickly. Very happy with the service I always receive at Home Depot.
Mike from Tool Rental saved our butts. We spent the evening in Portland at a brewery and came back to a busted back passenger window. We cleaned up what we could, called the cops and insurance, but no tow truck could come get us. Home Depot was about 30 min away and near home so we headed there. Mike let us rent the shopvac, helped set us up outside the Home Depot tool rental area and let us clean. He checked on us and got us some tool tips for harder to reach areas. We bought some gloves and tape and taped up the window.
Good selection, fair prices. Sometimes it is hard to find an associate to help you or you find one and have to wait a long time for help. I regularly shop here because it's local and they carry most everything.
