Trying to make appointments and have been on hold for over 20 min. If it is this hard to schedule an appointment than i cant imagine how bad the rest of the services are.
Very kind people. The incompetence is obvious, though. It should not take them 3.5 hours for me to complete a preemployment physical. I kept being shuffled off to another room to wait for 30 minutes. Seriously just terrible. Stay away if at all possible
Went in for a drug test expecting the worst based off of the prior reviews. I legitimately could not have had much of a better experience. I went in during a down time (10:15am) and was out by 10:35am. I had to wait maybe five minutes or so. In my time waiting, I saw one of "the people" leaving these one star reviews and I could tell immediately that the staff here have handled their fair share of characters. Be pleasant, go at a time that every person in the area isn't trying to go at, and be at least a decent person who says "good morning" and "thank you", and you will have a perfect experience. It isn't hard, we were supposed to learn this as toddlers.
Went in last Monday for a drug screen. The lab tech administered the wrong test, and after waiting for her to figure out the problem, she transferred the sample to the right test. Not a huge problem for me as she was nice and the manager apologized profusely. I was then notified on Thursday that the lab had LOST my sample, and thst I would need to come in for a re-test. The technician, Kim Moore, was very rude and unpleasant. No excuse for that in my opinion. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The incompetence of this office amazes me. I went there for a pre-employment drug screen. I was fortunate to be there when their system was down (not their fault) and after spending an hour and a half there they said we have to send it to a lab. Weekend goes by, Mon, Tues, Wed, no word. I call the employer and they tell me to go redo it. Go into Providence, explain the situation and wait until I'm called. The same tech helps me from the 1st and says oh you don't have to do it again, I have the results and I will send them over right away. So Friday, sat, sun, now Monday and I call the employer, still haven't gotten it. I'm now out over a week's worth of pay all because this office can't do their job, can't send an email, make a phone call. They were very pleasant to deal with in person but do not follow through with what they say they are going to do.
