The concessions are good and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I think they're more relaxed because their customers are more relaxed.
However, business seems to be good and now I only see movies at another theater when they're not available at Evergreen. I absolutely love the reserved seating model and the recliners are amazingly comfortable (although the leather on some do make a hideous fart-like noise when reclining, so consider yourself warned). Knowing I can show up right at the start time for the movie and I don't have to fight for a seat or worry if there are any left means it's low stress and now my wife (who absolutely loves movies) gets me to go to more movies because of it.
I was initially worried when this theater switched over to the recliner chairs/reserved seat model, thinking it would become too expensive and would eventually go out of business for lack of customers.
My only wish would be that they could show more independent films so I didn't need to go downtown to Fox Towers to see those types of movies.
Comfort wise they have the most comfortable stadium style reclining seats with foot rests. They are so much nicer than the old flip down style seats that used to be in all the theaters. It's really cool that you can sit anywhere you want, even in a full theater and not have to worry about someone blocking your view of the movie screen. Also this theater is in a nice area that that's easy to get to, right off of 185th & Evergreen Pkwy, just minutes from Hwy 26.
I haven't been to Evergreen Theater in year and I love the new set up. Reclining seats and lots of space. Yes please! Sign me up for more. Being able to buy tickets for reserved seats was so convenient. I'll be back.
Very nice movie theater with a very friendly staff. It is well maintained inside and out. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with soap, toilet paper and paper towels, as well as working hand dryers. The trash cans all throughout were all fairly empty so they keep up on emptying them frequently.
The theater staff was AMAZING with all 60 of our sixth graders. They opened up extra snack lines so we could filter through quicker and treated our kids with love and respect! Worth every penny and we will happily come spend our hard earned money here!
If you're looking for a comfortable place to relax and watch the latest Blockbuster, I'd highly recommend Regal Evergreen theaters.
Great service. Had some problem with seat assignments. The manager refunded us for our troubles also gave readmission tickets.
Add to this the convenience of buying tickets and reserving your seats through either the Regal or Fandango, and using your phone as the ticket (and Regal card), it's completely worth the price.
