Most simply put, over a decades time and very meaningful relationships have been damaged or ruined as a result of this institutions activities both near and far. All that and I have probably spent no more than 12-18 hours there and have had little to no contact with any officials from there(to my knowledge). Currently my life is highly infested with what I believe to be parties acting on behalf of here and there are a lot of them.

$50 american pesos for a CHL renewal and I must go in person??? Other states do the renewal for $15 and it's all online! little woman answering phones couldn't tell me what their website address is. lol
