Management, maintenance upkeep is not good, the price of land rent goes up every yr., parking is horrible for guests, garbage & recycle is not enough compared to residents on property as a whole.
My boss lives here with her parents and I was actually pretty much shocked on the fact that a trailer park has big green grass yards pretty cool if I'm the one your asking only thing is gotta go hella slow cause them bumps get ya double speed bumps nearly unheard of not ne more they've got em' all the way to the end of the park not cool other then that pleasant place truly!!!
