Do not go there it's a total ripoff.
I purchased the whole Goodfeet 3 step system they recommend which is not cheap at $1,000.
THANK YOU!
I can tell you right now, I am standing for the first time in quite a while without pain. I had pain so severe even this morning, prior to putting on my shoes with these insoles. I was literally to a point where I would rather not have a foot, because of the pain it was in.
Good Feet fitted me for arch supports for heel pain. After the break in period I was pain free. I would like to thank Alena for her tremendous help and patience with me.
I am happy with the product and I highly recommend it, but go to a different store if you want to be treated with respect and like a valued customer.
Yes I spent $1,000 on three pairs of insoles.
My feet are tired, because I'm getting used to the insoles... but, even this second day, I am almost in tears that I'm getting ready for work and can actually bear to stand in the bathroom and get ready. Usually I would sit back down and try to get ready that way.... I'm on my feet. They don't hurt.
My story: The system comes with three different supports and 3 insoles you use to make the supports more comfortable. When I opened my last pack on insoles the wedge used to support the big toe was put on backwards. When I called to ask if they were OK to wear they said absolutely do not wear those if they are backwards as that is not how the system is set up. So I brought them in to exchange them. I when I got helped the person behind the counter was rude and dismissive. Asked me who originally helped me so he could shift the blame to them. the guy did get me a new pair, but he didn't measure them, cut them, or put the wedges on correctly. He just handed it all to me and said you can use your other ones to figure out the size, and cut them yourself and then handed the wedges for my toes separately and said this way they don't get put on backwards again like I was being punished for their error.
My Conclusion: They are nice to you to get your $1,000 upfront and anything visit after you are an inconvenience to them and they won't do the things they did the first visit to get you business.
They state you are paying/getting a 6 month or lifetime warranty however the truth is it must be a manufacturer defect and not from normal wear and tear. After Spending hundreds I feel ripped off. Another competitor in the area charges $75
I have chronic pain due to being overweight, old injuries, and now plantar fasciitis. I came in because I was desperate for relief... that was yesterday.
