First time in years I have walked out of a salon happy. Lynn colored and cut my hair. She did not rush it. I have natural curls so when my hair gets cut shorter than I want I have to keep it straight otherwise when curly I lose a few more inches in length. She paid attention to that. Happy I found a good place to go from now on.
Horrible front desk experience n unprofessional staff. I went in to see Tanya to get my lip done. I got home n I noticed I still had some spots with hair. I Called the front desk she said to come in. Tanya was gone already. She said I had to pay again:/ really. I paid already for a service that was not done Correctly. She just kept smiling and said since it was another person she needed to charge me again :/ rather than keeping a repeat customer she said OK! When I told her I would not come back and write a review of how unprofessional that business was. Seems they don't care about their customers. Definitely not a team...

Went on for a haircut, paid $40 with tip, which wasn't a big deal, even though they don't tell you it's extra for shampoo and style. When I got home, I noticed my bangs were uneven and one of my layers was way longer than the others and it looked like business in the front, party in the back, I called a week later when I had free time and asked to get it fixed. I go in and he thinks it's to trim my bangs, and when I tell him what I want fixed, he says ok and proceeds to cut almost four inches off my hair and all one length, so I don't have any layers anymore and then charges me another $15. That salon is like a factory, I watch as they try to get in as many people as fast as possible and they had a sign for a special on a full set of nails and then someone calls and they quote them $5 more than the special. Which I get, it's a business, they are trying to make money, but the way they do it is shady. I'm not even sure if they have had professional training. I will never go there again. I didn't want to spend $70 on a haircut, so I picked this place, but it ended up costing $60 with tips and all. I don't ever leave bad reviews and I never not leave tips at any place I frequent, but I had to let people know that you should choose any salon but this one.
I've visited this place 3 times now & was never disappointed. Lynn is the stylist who always does my haircut and she does an amazing job.
