I have had numerous bad times with scheduling, and not being able to see my selected provider. They overbook their doc.'s and the folks are usually quite rude. Also they tend to make you wait for 10 or more minutes, even if you are 20 minutes early. My two cents, choose a different clinic if want Providence.
-2 company and its staff don't value or practice follow through. They say they'll call though never do.
I came into the center for medical imaging today for an MRI . The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was pleasant and quick. After a very short wait I was taken back. The entire facility is immaculately maintained. The staff were so nice and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and ok during the processes. They even let me pick the music. The whole process was so simple from beginning to end. I highly recommended them for medical imaging you may need.
-3 customer service and satellite/lack of global system. When I call into one Providence location they cannot or will not or perhaps this horrendous company forbids it, work with or access information from another site. When I was referred to their neurologist location that same location transferred me to a Providence operator and then transferred me to the Bethany location who couldn't find notes on my last call.
Horrible Service - especially with the prescription refill requests. I never get them on time from Dr.Hina Khan or her staff members. Extremely disappointing ! Every month i need to call the hospital at least 5- 6 times and chase them to release the order to the pharmacy despite the pharmacy sending fax requests for the medicines.
Came in for a simple drug test which they do not take appointments for. Checked in with two other people ahead of me. An hour later those 2 people as well as 5 others that came in after me have been helped. Asked the lady at the desk how much longer it would be, she said I was next. They have since helped three other people that just came in. Now at an hour and a half and still waiting.
Avoid this company and its ilk lime the black plague.
