The beds were very comfortable. We didn't want to get up. The pillows seemed to be a mix of feathered and regular but both types were great. The shower was pretty nice, though the shower head is so high up that unless you're over 5'6" you probably won't be able to readjust it. They also use all Bliss products, which smell great. They also have a coffee maker, fridge, safe, TV, etc.
We didn't get to try any of the food, but the way they have it set up is weird, and not included in the total cost of the room, from what I could gather. The food looked good though. The bar was open until midnight, and they had a pool table, a gym, pool, parking garage, the works.
Very friendly hotel staff and bar staff! Modern rooms with plenty of space. Awesome place to hang out by the lobby, pool table, outside area and games. Kye is a great bartender!
Nice property, good location and very friendly staff. Room cleanliness was sub par upon arrival and I was moved to a different room that was in good order. One side of the property received a lot of Street noise. The other, very quiet. Biggest issue was the in-room air conditioner. It wouldn't allow me to set it below 68° and seemed to warm up in the evening.
Aloft has a look and feel a lot like a European hotel. Hillsborough's version is the latest in the chain as it is brand new having opened 4 months ago. The entrance from parking is odd, as you have to go up the elevator to get to the lobby. The stay is comfortable, and the rooms well appointed. For the price, it is a high value.
If you're looking for something different, or just a comfortable bed in a good neighborhood, it's pretty nice.
Very helpful and friendly staff! Bartender was awesome as was Happy Hour! Beds were comfortable with a lot of pillows and the rooms were extremely clean! Would recommend this place for sure!
This was a very different kind of hotel, rather contemporary and modern in style. The rooms are set up in an interesting style as well, as the pictures show. The staff was also very friendly.
