Very clean and hospitable. Updated decor and friendly staff! The only minor negatives are that the room didn't have dresser drawers which was a con for an extended stay, and the breakfast is as basic as it gets with bare minimum options. It doesn't look like anything is made on-premises, it looks like everything came frozen and was thawed (including the weird omelette that had ham in it). If you are dairy-free, good luck with the oatmeal that only has almonds, sugar, and cranberries as toppings. I also didn't like how they only use disposable utensils and plates/bowls. What a waste for the environment! The Embassy Suites next door uses only silverware and porcelain plates, with to-go cups as an option. Not sure why this is since they are both owned by Hilton. Overall, it's a really nice place and a cheaper option compared to the Embassy.
Stayed here for couple of days. Nice hotel in Hillsboro vicinity. The complementary breakfast is good, have few variety options to choose. Had dodgy WiFi in the room.
Staying here on company business. Friendly staff, good sized rooms, clean, easy access to local places, safe area, and indoor pool. I do agree with updating the bathrooms. Those are a throw back from the 80's......all white & not in the aesthetic way. Over all it's a solid hotel. I'll be here again for 3 weeks & I'm happy with my boss's choice.
Staff went out of their way to make my hotel stay a great experience. They even offered to pick up items from, Rite Aid for me. Being handicapped, it makes a world of differences for the small things in life.
Excellent staff and facilities. Great location. I love everything about this Hampton. I've stayed at the Embassy Suites next door as well, and prefer the friendliness of the people here. We stay here whenever we visit my parents in Hillsboro. I can't recommend highly enough!
