The front counter staff are very nice. The housekeeping staff are also very accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts are very healthy and no breakfast meats have been served during my stay so far. Having a choice would have been nice as I am not vegan. The location is incredible. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Beaverton is also really close with even more choices. Winco Grocery also close. Just a solid choice to stay without breaking the bank.
On the brighter side, it’s located close to the shopping place, so it’s easy to step out and grab something quick.
The rooms are not great. The breakfast is bad. Didn’t really like the hotel.
This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Portland. First the front desk staff was great, professional, friendly and very helpful. Their rooms are awesome and extremely clean. They offer a hot breakfast that has a variety of options and its better than a restaurant breakfast. I Traveled with a friend and her kids and they enjoyed the indoor pool. Will definitely be staying with them again. Exceeded expectations
We had a nice stay. The pull-out couch had old Cheerios under the cushions and the mattress was very thin, but the room was a nice size. The included breakfast was good. We wanted to soak in the hot tub after exploring Portland all day, but unfortunately couldn't because they closed the pool area 20 minutes early.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with a lot of hot food. The location is great and the rooms are nice. The layout is a bit different but not too strange. There was a nice desk in the room too.
