The rooms are terrific and the staff is super nice. Love the fact that they have a fitness center and free laundry. Not only is the laundry free but totally outdoes any other hotel because they have multiple washers and dryers and they all work.
The kitchen was nice when I had leftovers. I used a dish and fork from the cabinet once, rinsed it when I was done and left it in the sink because I didn't see any dish soap or sponge. It stayed there for 2 days and then it was time for me to check out.

Great hotel and friendly staff. The morning breakfast leaves a little too be desired but, they make fresh baked cookies at the counter! Also the water stays hot, the A/C blows cool and it's only a 12 minute drive from to Portland.
Bathroom sink did not drain. TV had power but no picture on any channels. Told management about it but nothing was done or compensated at check out. Nice rooms for business purposes. Will stay at Holiday Inn Express next time as I usually do but wanted to give this hotel a try.
First day of breakfast (I went down at 7:15) consisted of cereal, really sweet pastries, yogurt, bacon and ...rice. That was different. Eventually, they brought in some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that needed more warming up and tasted oily. Later on in the week they added scrambled eggs to the mix so that was nice.
The fridge and AC unit in my fridge were very noisy. I got mini heart attacks when they'd both happen to restart at the same time after being quiet for a while. The AC was strong. Having it on auto would make it turn on full blast every so often to get the room back in the set temperature. I had to avoid its very long blast range to avoid getting really cold. I had tried raising the temperature but then the room would be too warm and muggy so that didn't work.
I didn't see a fan in the bathroom which made the room humid after a warm shower and it stayed that way throughout my visit. Not great.
The whole building was evacuated at 2am my 2nd night there due to a fire alarm. It was a false alarm and we were back inside 40min later. Turns out their alarm system has been acting up and a couple of weeks ago, it went off 3 days in a row...
The door to my room was a bit tough to open and sounded like it was going to take some of the frame with it. Talking to my coworkers, this wasn't uncommon.
Nice place to stay. Continental breakfast is a little lacking. Fresh scrambled eggs would be a nice addition. Room is comfy but a little outdated. Free shuttle service is not available everyday, which is a big disappointment. I do not recommend this for any work related stay
Front desk said there was no hot tub, broken or functional, unlike some users suggested but this is not a point against them since they didn't advertise it in their amenities website.
I didn't use their 'complimentary' laundry facilities but when I went in to check it out, they were quarter machines and I didn't see laundry detergent.
The good. The bed was very comfy, the water pressure nice, the location convenient, and the staff very friendly.
